Reading a target

Fit says how well a company matches your buy box. Readiness says how likely the owner may be open to a sale.

Each row in your feed has two scores:

  • Fit (0 to 100): how well the company matches your buy box. It weighs service overlap, distance to your offices (if you upload them), client industries and tools.
  • Readiness (0 to 100): how likely the owner may be open to selling, from public signals such as years in business, a flat or falling permit count, and acquisitions nearby.

The feed ranks by both (60% readiness and 40% fit by default; an Owner can change this between 40% and 80% readiness).

Confidence shows how much data we have. Low confidence means fewer than four of the seven readiness parts have data. Missing data never adds points.
