Turn on alerts in Settings, Alerts and digest. When a saved target fires a new signal, it shows up on the Alerts page and in the bell at the top. Pro and Scale get alerts within 1 hour; Founding gets them in the weekly digest and on the Alerts page.
You can mute a single target from its alert.
